Order Processing Time
The items will be shipped out within 2 days during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 2 days. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier's information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier's official website.
The fulfillment of the delivery will take 3 to 12 days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days, we will exert great effort to resolve this.

Because it's a customized item, delivery will be available 5-7 weeks. We'll contact you when it's ready to ship.
All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A delay in shipments may happen if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email right away.

Fast Shipping
We have three warehouses located in Georgia, California, Texas. Your product will be delivered within 3-9 working days if the recipient's address is in one of the three states listed above.

2. If you don't like the item after purchase or place a wrong order, we are not responsible for any return shipping charges.

3. Please note that we can only ship products to a physical street address, not to a PO Box.

5. Within one month after the order is delivered, if the product has quality problems, we offer replacement parts, if you insist on returning the product, we will provide a prepaid label, for orders over one month old, the return label will be paid by the customer.
